USAA Current Initiative Mortgage Closing Document (Print & Ship) – CoreLogic enhanced Print & Ship integration will Mortgage Cadence/ELC. The CoreLogic Solution automates the process to improve visibility into the status of the documents, automates current manual processes and reduces risk to USAA and the USAA Members. Risk Model Home Equity – CoreLogic’s RiskModel provides both short-term and life-of-loan risks at the loan and portfolio level thru every stage in the mortgage lifecycle. Residential mortgage prepayment, delinquency, default, and cash-flow forecasts. Home Price Index (HPI) & Home Price Index Forecasts (HPIF): HPI – CoreLogic HPI incorporates sales transactions for analyzing historic, current and future housing price trends. HPIF – CoreLogic HPIF are critical tools for identifying potential opportunities and risk as well as anticipating future volatility in housing markets. CondoSafe - fully deployed resulting in marked increase of Condo review velocity & number of files that can be warranted after first review USAA and CoreLogic will be starting Pilot in November. CondoSafe enhancements for USAA will be rolled out on 11/3

USAA Opportunities: Valuations – CoreLogic responded to USAA RFI on Valuations CoreLogic Valuation Solutions, Inc. ("CLVS") began doing business in early However, CLVS represents the merger of two large, longstanding AMCs, LandSafe Appraisal Services, Inc. and Rels Valuation. Recent CLVS Merger Activity: August 2017, Acquired Mercury Network, a leader in valuations technology platforms and real estate collateral management solutions. April 2016, Acquired FNC, Inc. Property Tax Estimator (PTE) –Accurately provides tax amounts for setting up escrow on new loans. Eliminates the inaccuracy due to exemptions that applied to previous homeowner. 4506-T – Reliable Income Verification - Straight From the IRS Fraud – CoreLogic fraud reporting and mitigation solution that accurately identifies mortgage fraud risk using your loan application information paired with CoreLogic proprietary data. The CoreLogic Suite identifies Fraud / Risk at both the Loan Level and Portfolio Level. CoreLogic Catastrophe Response Analyses – CoreLogic provides Early Impact Scores, Modeled Damage Estimates, AVM/Open Liens/ Equity, Foreclosure / Ownership information, and Property Characteristics.
