SEF Domain & Aspect: Ideation  Purpose Click Here for SEF Overview
We believe every organization and individual has a more worthwhile existence if it has a real purpose. Each day, each job, and each venture should start with WHY. (click here for TED Talk on this aspect) When your work serves a purpose you believe in, it hardly feels like work. Glenn and Brian are both veterans who founded Fathom 4 with the mission to protect the people who protect our freedom and the Constitution . This mission is why we are in this business, not to earn profits and revenue. Profit and revenue are the results of our work, not the purpose. This WHY drives every business decision, is the reason customers want to work with us, and what motivates people to join our company.
Our WHY is also evident in our slogan: Engineering Freedom. We chose these words in this specific order to communicate our purpose—we are not a company that just does “engineering stuff”.
We hope you believe in our WHY and come to work each day to protect our servicemen and women. If we never forget our WHY, Fathom 4 will do just fine.
