From: A Novel Schlemm's Canal Scaffold Increases Outflow Facility in a Human Anterior Segment Perfusion Model Invest. Ophthalmol. Vis. Sci ;53(10): doi: /iovs Figure Legend: C increased with increasing perfusion pressure in control and experimental eyes. (A) The slope of C was significantly higher (P < 0.05) in experimental eyes (n = 9) post-implantation ( C/pressure, black boxes) in comparison with baseline ( C/mm Hg, white diamonds). (B) The slope of C was not significantly different in the control eyes (n = 7) after the sham procedure ( C/pressure, white diamond) in comparison with baseline ( C/pressure, black square). (C) C in anterior segments versus whole globes. The C (mean ± SEM) increased with perfusion pressure in the anterior segment (black diamond), while it was unchanged with perfusion pressure in its paired whole globe (white diamond, n = 5 pairs).
