Faraday Future Shipping Portal Instruction Manual
To access the portal, copy and paste this in your browser:

The Ship From pull down box lists “other”, Faraday HQ and the FF beta build site. If shipping from either FF location, select and the address data will populate. If you chose “other”, you must enter shipper name, address, city, state, zip code and country. Contact name and information at shipping location should reflect primary contact for communication regarding shipment. There will be a field at the bottom to enter the requester’s address as well. INCO terms are only required if shipping from a non-Faraday location and shipment is international. Cost Center information is only required for shipments entered by Faraday Future personnel Note: Required fields will have an asterisk, these must be completed in order for the order to be submitted Copy and paste in browser to access:

Click on the calendar to select the date the shipment will be ready to ship. Do the same for the required delivery date. Vehicle move is only used internally by FF personnel Select if shipment is international or domestic Battery details is to be used only by FF personnel. This will only be visible if the origin location is a FF location.

If you have more than 3 types of packages, click on the “+” button to expand the section, you will have the ability to enter up to 10 items. The package line number should coincide with the line number under “Item Details” For package type select appropriate package. If other is selected, make note of package type in additional comments field For weight, select “lbs or kg” and enter the weight per package For dimensions, select “inches or mm” and enter the LxWxH for the package. Hazmat is a yes/no selection. If “yes” is selected you will need to attach the MSDS at the bottom of the form. Stackable is a yes/no

Item details coincide with the package details based on the line number
Enter as much information as you have, the required fields are a part description and the quantity of pieces. Value as well should be entered if known as this identifies cargo risk. This can be estimated if not known.

Additional comments is free form
Additional comments is free form. Please enter anything that is pertinent to the shipment that you were not able to enter above. Good examples of information to enter are: special pick up requirements, shipping hours, expanded detail on the goods shipping. Additional contacts: Add up to 3 contact s. These addresses will be copied in on the order communications. If the requester is different from the origin/destination contacts enter your here. Attachments: Upload all pertinent documents; i.e. MSDS sheet, commercial invoice, PO, specific instructions Submit will send the order to C.H. Robinson, if you click Cancel, the order will be deleted.

Upon choosing “submit”, you will receive confirmation that your order was submitted
The FF number listed should be noted and used in future communications. Chose “click to print” to be taken back to your order. From here you will print a copy that will need to be attached to the freight. The FF number is listed on the form. Note: The order form must be attached to your shipment

After successful submission of your order, an will be sent to all parties listed on the order and as well the appropriate C.H. Robinson contacts Contact information is listed for changes and questions For shipment tracking, there is a link at the bottom of the . This will only be active once the shipment is entered into C.H. Robinson’s system.

Enter the FF # and search by Customer Reference # If no results are returned the shipment has not been entered on CHR’s side. Once a shipment is entered, you will be able to see actual pick and delivery details, carrier information, mode, CHR Pro # etc.
