5. Minimum Careers Provision - Foundation
F1 - workshop or webinar covering career planning and preparation for applying to GP and specialty training
Timing - between January and July of F1 year
F2 - workshop or webinar on understanding selection process, making applications to GP and specialty and preparation for GP and specialty selection centres
Timing - between August and December of F2 year before interview window opens

6. Proposed Careers Support Delivery
