Minimum Careers Provision - Foundation
F1 - workshop or webinar covering career planning and preparation for applying to GP and specialty training Timing - between January and July of F1 year F2 - workshop or webinar on understanding selection process, making applications to GP and specialty and preparation for GP and specialty selection centres Timing - between August and December of F2 year before interview window opens

Role for Careers Leads Careers Leads to have responsibility for one F1 workshop per year: 1.5 hour session 4-stage career planning model Self-awareness techniques Sources of information Decision making techniques Practical exercises
