2 Leadership - President
The president is responsible for providing strategic leadership for the company by working with the Board and other management to establish long-range goals, strategies, plans and policies.  Week 2 Tasks Student Teacher Review the RFP (Request For Proposal) document and share with departments on Google drive – repurpose the RFP for your company ~Speak to each department about the sections required to write our collective RFP ~Begin to draft sections 1 & 3 of the proposal Create a Google doc to log your daily activities and a reflection of your day. Collaborate with the other members of your department to inform them of your daily proceedings.

3 Leadership - Vice President
The Vice President’s primary responsibilities are managing client accounts and assisting in growth and development of staff as well as the overall firm. This involves expanding and securing new business, managing project portfolio that meets or exceeds projections, and participating in the internal management of the company. The Vice President will guide staff development through identifying skills needs, delegating tasks appropriately and motivating project staff to provide outstanding client service. 4 Leadership – Project Manager
Project managers are the people in charge of a specific project or projects within a company. As the project manager, your job is to plan, budget, oversee and document all aspects of the specific project you are working on. Project managers may work closely with upper management to make sure that the scope and direction of each project is on schedule, as well as other departments for support. Project managers might work by themselves, or be in charge of a team to get the job done. 5 Finance – Chief Financial Officer
The chief financial officer position is accountable for the administrative, financial, and risk management operations of the company, to include the development of a financial and operational strategy, metrics tied to that strategy, and the ongoing development and monitoring of control systems designed to preserve company assets and report accurate financial results. 6 Finance – CFOO Week 2 Tasks Student Teacher
The chief financial officer (CFO) or chief financial and operating officer (CFOO) is a corporate officer primarily responsible for managing the financial risks of the corporation. This officer is also responsible for financial planning and record-keeping, as well as financial reporting to higher management. Responsible for creating and managing the corporate budget for Touch ID Home Security. Prepares and records asset, liability, revenue, and expenses entries by compiling and analyzing account information. Maintains and balances subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, reconciling transactions; resolving discrepancies. Responsible for planning, development and implementation of all of the Organization’s marketing strategies, marketing communications, and public relations activities, both external and internal. Oversees development and implementation of support materials and services for chapters in the area of marketing, communications and public relations. Directs the efforts of the marketing, communications and public relations staff and coordinates at the strategic and tactical levels with the other functions of the organization. The Director of Social Media will be an integral part of the digital marketing team.  He / she will be responsible for assessing the brand’s current social media strategy, programming and processes as well as defining and executing a transformative approach based on business and brand objectives. Attracts potential customers, including businesses, by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services. Opens customer accounts by recording account information. Maintains customer records by updating account information. Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution. The Research and Development Manager plans and directs the activities of a team developing complex engineering or scientific projects with responsibility for project execution (incremental revenue, concept assessment, cost-out and business continuity, quality, etc.). The Research and Development Manager will formulate, recommend and direct research and development programs to meet organization needs for the improvement and cost reduction of existing products and processes, as well as the introduction of new products and processes. To be successful, the incumbent must play a leadership role in driving technical mastery, leveraging Touch ID and create an encouraging and innovative culture.
