It formally introduces you. It should help the employers decide why to hire you. It should show the employers your skills. It highlights specific information from your CV and from your background that applies to a specific field or position. To advertise your strengths in a way that would interest employers in interviewing you.

3 TIPS TO WRITE YOUR LETTER
Research about the company you are applying for. Be formal; avoid using contractions as well as colloquial language. Avoid using too many sentences that start with "I" or writing in the passive voice ; instead, make yourself the subject of each sentence and use active descriptions Always check  spelling, grammar, or punctuation to avoid making mistakes . Be sure to sign your letters. Use good quality stationary. Keep your letter short and simple.
