2. CGI-MP Simplify corporate-to-bank implementations
This initiative aims to simplify various payment and cash management related corporate-to-bank implementations by promoting the wider acceptance of ISO XML.
CGI-MP is driven by customer demand for multibank coordination of multi- instrument implementations across the regions. Ultimate goal (example of payment initiation): “A corporate can use the same message structure for all their payments with all of their transaction banks reaching any payment system across the globe.”
The CGI-MP group works to achieve its goals through consultation, collaboration and agreement on common implementation templates for various ISO financial messages. By publishing and promoting such message guidelines, the group aims to attain their widespread recognition and adoption.
