In Romagna , «piadina» is used as bread

6. RECIPE FOR 4 /5 PIADINE 400 gr Flour
100 gr Lard or Extra Vergin Olive Oil
50 gr Milk
1 Teaspoon of baking powder
1 Teaspoon of Honey

8. Melt the lard in warm milk with honey,
Mix the flour with the baking powder,
Add the milk into the flour and knead the dough

9. Make balls,
Spread in the form of disk

10. And then cook

11. It’s ready !!!
And we can start to eat !!!

12. Just eat !
With ham
With cheese or vegetables

13. Or also with NUTELLA
