Milia occur when dead skin becomes trapped in tiny pockets near the surface of your baby's skin. When the surface of the bump wears away, the dead skin is sloughed off and the bump disappears. There is no treatment for this and it is not recommended to try to squeeze them, scrub them, etc.

This baby has a “cone head.” The babies head is squeezed through the birth canal and sometimes takes this shape. The longer a mother pushes the more prominent the “cone head”
