2. OUR VISION FOR ENGAGEMENT
For Lewisham Clinical Commissioning Group engagement goes further than communication or consultation, and involves commissioners in providing opportunities for patients, carers and the public to work alongside them as equal partners in transparent decision- making.
Engagement is a ‘two-way process, involving interaction and listening, with the goal of making better decisions that deliver our CCG’s strategic vision for all - better health, best care and best value’
