P50 Hand Probe LED indications: P50 Flex
Green blinking: during warming up Green: instrument ready and under leak limit Red: instrument display indicates leak Red flashing: error indication, check user manual Both types of probes are fitted with dual LED’s that can be switched on to illuminate the area the probe tip is pointing at. Sensor Change The sensor in the P50 probe can now easily be changed by the customers themselves. The sensor key (P/N ) will make the changing process easy. Note: when changing sensor the ISH2000 should be calibrated to ensure correct measuring data

Menu System Reference value:
Should be equal to the value stated on the reference leak certificate. If the reference leak value is 4.2E-5 mbarl/s, then you should in the reference value field write 4.2E-05. Reference unit: Should be same as stated on reference leak certificate. If reference gas is used the unit should be PPM Correlation value: Conversion value between different units (needs to be calculated prior to entering the data in the Correlation value field) Multipoint Analysis: Summing up of the analysis results. Set a numeric value between 1 and 25 in this field to sum up the total leakage from all test points. The total value is used to determine if the object is leaking or not (above or below the reject point). Can only be used in Analysis or Combined Mode of the instrument. The APC function is not active when Multipoint is active. Multipoint Analysis Time: Min. time for Multipoint Analysis.
11
Menu System Audio Threshold:
The instrument can be set to be silent to a pre-defined % of the Leak Alarm Level Audio Ready Pulse: Sound is set to pulsating tone or no sound (silent) Show Reject Level: Displays the set Reject Level value in the display
12
Menu System Reset Signal:
Resets the sensor level in Analysis and Detection Mode. Invert Colors: Invert screen colors. Probe Button: Changes probe button functions, switch between Analysis and Detection mode Zero set detected signal in Analysis and Detection mode Initiate sample cycles (Multipoint measurement) Send values from the Probe to printer port Probe light on and off Probe Lamp:
13
Menu System Audio Base Frequency:
Adjusts the tone of the sound between hz in Analysis and Detection Mode Info: Information about program version, serial number and internet contact information System reset: resets all parameters to factory setting Trigger Level: Max level for ”Peak Hold” in Analysis mode (noise reduction) Number of Significant Digits: Number of digits after decimal point Service Mode: Used to identify sensor status and signal status in the instrument

Combox When the Sensistor ISH2000 is connected to other Probes than P50, an adapter ”Combox” must be connected in-between Combox
