19 [4.VIN 4.2V abnormal Case] [ Condition ] Setting : Default Battery Voltage : 3.8V~3.9V 3. VIN = 4.2V in inserted  CD High => Low Status = Ready VINDPM = Disable (so VINDPM status is inactive) VIN_UV = Normal (because VIN = 4.2V is inserted)
