Client Motivation for Change

Among those who completed treatment
11
Positive Outcomes Among the clients who completed treatment many of them demonstrated a level of contemplation as well as at the end of treatment this group had higher levels of the stages of change especially the action and maintenance phases.
12
Among those who did not complete treatment
13
Positive Outcomes Significantly the programme was able to help youth who did not complete treatment from precontemplation ( there is no problem) to contemplation ( state of thinking about change and acknowledging there may be a problem) which is necessary for a possible positive treatment outcome next treatment episode. This is very important given the importance of motivation to the behaviour change process as well as the fact that this was for all adolescent clients ( ) there first time in treatment.
