Effectiveness of institutions depends on trust. Some facts that contribute to this are communication, and reliability.
Collaboration= composed of wide variety of agencies and services
Improving understanding of health, and sharing what is known
People act on what they know and understand but it is not based solely on information. Values can affect our actions. The action required is research to fill in the gaps we do not know.
