Single high-resolution CT image of a patient with pulmonary fibrosis from sarcoidosis. Note the interlobular and intralobular septal lines along with traction bronchiectasis in the right middle lobe. Honeycombing can be seen anteriorly in the lingula. These findings are typical of late-stage pulmonary sarcoidosis. Source: Chapter 5.
