Install JEVis on your PC
Save your changes on the flash drive

3. Steps Connect the JEVis Live System flash device to the PC
Turn your PC on
Boot from Flash Device
Launch JEGraph
Load an Existing Analysis
Zoom Into a Graph
The steps will be explained on the following slides!

4. 1) Connect the JEVis Live System Flash Device
Shut down your PC
Connect the Flash Device
to an USB port of your PC
Choose one of the following methods to boot from your USB Device
First method to boot one time from your USB Device
Second method to boot always from your USB Device

5. 3) Boot from Flash Drive once
Turn your PC on
Press „Boot Options“ key during start (F12 or ESC)
Choose the USB Storage Device
Please refer your PC's manual!

6. 3) Boot from Flash Drive always
Enter your Bios:
Turn your PC on
Enter the BIOS (Press key according to your PC's manual)
Change the primary boot device to „USB Storage Device“ & save

7. 3) Boot from Flash Drive Please be patient:
The boot process will take about four minutes

8. Special Functions of the Live System
Run JEJobMaster to fetch new data
Run JECalc to calculate clean data
Shut down the PC

9. 4.1) Launch JEGraph
The JEVis portal page is shown when the system start is completed
Click on the JEGraph button

10. 4.2) JEGraph Login Type your User in the Username field
Type your Password in the Password field
Additional Features
The log-in dialogue entering of the
server address.
JEVis is multilingual. Select your
language from the drop down box

11. 5) Load an Existing Analysis
After the start of JEGraph appears a dialogue for loading Analysis
Load the Analysis “Demoanalyse 2” for the time period of the last 7 days.

data row by selecting an area of the
chart
Start selecting with press on left mouse
key, hold it and release at the end of
the wanted area

You can reset your selection with a click on the “reset zoom” button

The selection of time period done in the loading dialogue have impact of the precision of the displayed data.
