Work hard off the ball
Keep your heads up
Draw the slide first - Do not force the ball inside

2. Principles
Keep spacing, maintain triangles, dodge hard with your head up.
If you have a shot, take it – we should always have back up.
When the middie runs across the top, middies rotate.
When the pass goes from middie to attack, the middies rotate.
When an attack pushes a side with the ball, attack rotates.
When the pass goes from attack to middie, the attack rotate.

3. Middie Option 1
M1 dodges his man, draws the double team and feeds it to the open man (where the slide came from).
If your man leaves you, follow, get yourself open and call for the ball.
If no slide comes, M1 can take it to the goal.

4. Dodge from top without Attack Rotation
Middie Option 1:
Dodge from top without Attack Rotation M1 M2 M3 A1 A3 A2

5. Middie Option 2
M1 sweeps across the top and turns the corner looking to take it to the goal.
Middies rotate, always open to the pass.
If slide comes, M1 can feed to A1 or M2 or roll back and feed M3 who can pull out or redodge.
M1 rotates to crease if he passes to A1
If ball goes to A1 he can dodge to the goal or look back to M3 (option 3).

6. Sweep - Dodge across top without Attack Rotation
Middie Option 2:
Sweep - Dodge across top without Attack Rotation M1 M2 M3 A1 A3 A2

7. Middie Option 3
M1 sweeps across the top and turns the corner looking to take it to the goal.
Middies rotate, always open to the pass.
M1 feeds to A1 – middies rotate.
A1 looks behind the cage and then feeds back up to M3 who goes to the cage.
A1 also has the option of dodging to the cage.

8. Sweep - Dodge across top without Attack Rotation
Middie Option 3:
Sweep - Dodge across top without Attack Rotation
Pass back to M3 for shot M1 M2 M3 A1 A3 A2

9. Attack Option 1 A1 dodges his man and pushes the side.
Attack rotates with the ball.
Middies shift to be more open.
If A1 draws a slide, pass to the open man.
If A1 does not draw a slide, keep pushing and go to the cage.

10. Dodge behind Push the Side
Attack Option 1:
Dodge behind Push the Side M1 M2
Pass options M3
Dodge options A2 A3 A1

11. Attack Option 2 A1 dodges his man and pushes the side.
If A1 draws a slide, pass to the open man.
If A1 does not draw a slide, keep pushing and go to the cage.
If feed goes to A3 behind, A3 should look to push the back side.

12. Dodge behind Push the Side and Reverse

Pass options M3
Dodge options A2 A3 A1
