3. School Visits Schools visits are going well.
All school visits should be completed by October 4, 2013.
After each visit an action plan will be created which will go over in detail everything that was discussed during the school visit. Please allow time to receive these action plans by way of .
Review action plan then sign and send back to me via or fax. If there are any questions to the action plan please the trainer of your visit so it can be discussed.

4. Will need signature of principal and anyone that was present during the school visit.
Their will be a 1 week return deadline for these action plans.

5. 45th Day Counts

6. If your 45th day in PowerSchool has changed since you and your PowerSchool Admin signed off on the Date Calendar Assurance Form resubmit form with the new 45th, 90th, 135th, and 180th day counts.
SC01 must be cleared by schools 45th day
The day after your 45th day the school must run, print, file and save electronically SC02 – SC08 state reports
Recommend that more than one person know where the copies are located.

7. QDC1

8. Early Validation has started so PowerSchool Admins must log into the SCDE Member Center and fix all validation errors.
New PowerSchool Admins – issue with creating a SCDE Member Center account. SCDE knows about this error and is working on resolving by the end of this week. Once this is fixed I will then create an account for your PowerSchool Admin.

9. 45th day count is completely different than QDC1
45th day count is completely different than QDC1. 45th day count has to do with your schools financial funding and QDC1 has to do with data fields that must be uploaded to the SCDE.

10. School Deadlines 45th Day Count – this falls on the schools 45th Day.
