2. Problem Goal
PowerFilm Solar Inc wishes to have a portable device that can monitor voltages and currents of their fordable commercial solar panels.
This device will communicate to an Android phone through an application using Bluetooh, GSM and USB interfaces.

1. Must be able to measure voltages and currents from 3 different sources on the solar device.
2. Communicate with an Android app via Bluetooth, GSM and USB.
3. The Android application must be able to log and store data from the device.
4. User should have access to change sampling time, logging, and power states.
