It is the result of deliberate policies and procedures designed to inculcate values

Good Governance is also reliant on external marketplace factors and legislation that is enabling, while promoting safety and soundness
In addition to accountability, Good Governance requires management activities with good “business savvy”, objectivity and integrity.
