Remember: you are responsible for keeping your own record.
When all requirements are met and the Observation or Assessment is completed:
Retain a copy of your record
Give copy to the appropriate approving authority
Follow up with approving authority
Confirm upgrade with your records on eAYSO.org.

10. Conclusion
Upgrades are important to the individual and the Organization.
Observations and service assessments will provide the highest potential for success.
With preparation, the upgrade and its process is not only attainable but can be enjoyable and rewarding.
