Verify the Reported by, Phone Number and Email address are correct.

Click here to select a Request Area.
Select a priority then …..

Click the plus sign to expand the selections.

Click on “+” to expand the section your request effects.

These are all of the possible areas you can open a request on.
Click the bold blue text to select the request area. If you do not see the request area you need use LGCA.Tech.Support

Click here to Save. Enter in a description of the trouble you are having then…
