We’ll highlight a couple of key areas right now, the others you’ll become familiar with over time as you use the tool and build your expertise. So, click on the HOME tab at the top of your screen to display the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Menu bar (dark blue) Click on the Sales drop down arrow and within the screen which now appears you’ll find direct links to the several areas including right at the top, links to current ‘Open’ Leads and Opportunities related to your role. © 2014 Microsoft Corporation. So, the second feature to call out is the ‘Recent Views and Records’ Icon which looks like a clock in the blue menu bar. 1 1 So let’s walk through the key areas and features … The top menu of the lead record displays 3 options: HOME which as we’ve just covered displays the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Menu bar (dark blue) from where you can navigate to various functions REPORTS will take you to your power BI dashboard CALENDAR will provide a view of appoints tracked in CRM and will sync with your Outlook calendar. Lead tab – this window provides the information related to the lead or opportunity you have open Calendar – this tab is the USD Calendar tab which links to the OWA Calendar for Office 365 users. When you click on this buttons within USD, the Office 365 calendar will open by default.
