Why did the robber take a bath? Doppelgänger – apparition of a living person. Not a ghost, which is an apparition of a dead person. Goals – Work on finding the scenes from Hamlet that you wish to adapt into your modern scene. Begin writing your script. Homework – Don’t forget Vocab Final Thursday. Week He wanted to make a clean get away.

2 Senior English 3/28/17 Which critical lens works best for your scene? What scenario will best bring your scene to the modern world? Why is the number ten afraid of seven? Jizzicked – Something so far gone it is beyond repair. Goals – Watch discuss the last scene of Hamlet. Work as a group to rewrite your scene for a modern interpretation that includes references to the critical lens. Homework – Assign individual tasks to set up a productive day tomorrow in class. Because seven ate nine.

Why does a chicken coupe have two doors? Pindling – small and ill nourished, puny. Goals – Write lines to replace lines from Hamlet that will fit into the theme of your scene. Homework – Write a five page paper on what a great guy Mr. O’Connor is. Psych! Because if it had four doors it would be a sedan.

Mulligrubs – a state of temporary depression. Goals – Try out your scene with the lines from Hamlet and begin creating you new script separate from the printouts from Hamlet. Homework – Work on your Hamlet Project? Buy a deck of cards.
