2 Community Voice Campaign
Ensures residents of Brownsville are actively engaged in making recommendations for community improvements and participate in critical decision making process that affect their quality of life. Strives to discover new, innovative ways in which to give residents the ability to "voice” their opinions.

4 Community Voice Kiosk Accurately captures residents‘ needs in real-time, at various locations; Recommends improvements to the city on current, relevant information about wants and needs; Enhances two-way communication with the community by being easily accessible. Discovers new and untapped resources from captured data, for process improvement, engagement; and Takes the Community Voice Campaign to the next level.  

5 How do they work? Display customized bilingual surveys to capture feedback from the community. Online surveys, touchscreen kiosks with live dash board reporting for real-time results. Trend tracking of results to measure site progress. Optimal location(s)selected for stationary devices determined by traffic patterns.

6 Why are they Important? Identify needs in the area that can improve quality of life in the community, spur economic development, and create additional tourism opportunities. Collect survey data, and sharing best practices to better capitalize on Brownsville’s assets. Result in not only improving residents’ quality of life but also enhancing the visitor experience and attracting more visitors’ dollars.
