a weekend feast of lacrosse action!
General Event Information
When you arrive at the fields please have a team representative swing by the Central Tent, between fields 2 & 3, just to let us know your team has arrived.
Please be careful where you place your team tent(s) so that you are not in danger of getting hit by errant game balls. Acceptable tent locations are marked on the Field Map.
There are food trucks and restrooms on-site that will be open both days.
Please bring your own water, Gatorade, etc. for your players as there will not be water coolers at the fields. Drinks are available from the food vendors
There will not be bleachers at each field so plan to bring your personal chairs for the sidelines. As always, fans must sit on the opposite side of the teams.
There will be an athletic trainer at the Central Tent for injuries and emergencies.

Directions to Al Ruschhaupt Soccer Complex (1986 Park View Ave, McKinney 75070)
From 75 N - Take the Virginia Pkwy exit and merge to the far right. Make a right turn at Bruce Luster PL (before the Cinemark movie theater) then right on Park View. Follow Park View under 75 and the fields will be on your left.
From 75 S – Take the Virginia Pkwy exit then turn right on Gerry R PL (just past Self-Storage). Take a right on Park View Ave and the fields will be on your left.
General Game Format and Rules
Round robin style play, each team plays 4 games, no playoffs
Games will run on a Central Horn with short “2 minute warning” blasts before the start and end of each half. A long blast will indicate the start and end of the half/game.
Games consist of 2 20-minute running clock halves with a 5-minute halftime. One timeout per team per half. No timeouts in the last 2 minutes of the game.
There is no overtime for games ending in a tie
To keep things simple and consistent for all teams, we follow the same rules used in the fall season with the exception of penalties at time and a half
Score tables will be staffed by McKinney Lacrosse High School players and Club parents for keeping score and penalty times
Vendor Village and Event Merchandise
Team Lax will be on site with lacrosse apparel and equipment. Custom tournament logo apparel is being sold by Fine Designs. Players can customize their item with other graphics, name, numbers, team listing, etc. We also have a selection of vendors at this years event for you to find that perfect item you didn’t know you needed.
The TurLaxin’ Raffle
Stop by the main tent to enter the raffle, we have some great prizes, Round of golf at Stonebridge, Weekend getaway from Crest, and much more. Tickets are $1 and $5, and we can only accept cash for the raffle tickets. Winners will be drawn on November 6th at 4PM.
