2. Clinical view of proposed surgery site

to remove inserts.

2.0 mm insert, for 1.8 mm drill ■ mm insert for 2.5 mm drill …etc.
Completing the osteotomy with Astra 3.8 mm twist drill
plus 5.0 mm conical drill used in 5.3 mm sleeve without an insert.
