9. Among the irregularities related to the performance of their tasks, representatives of ARMA indicated, among others:
Exceeding allowances by making unauthorized changes to the register and forging documents related to the movement of animals,
accepting the loan from the applicant,
use of access to the IT system and its entitlements to collect information on plots for which no applications for direct payments are made,
submission of payment requests for designated parcels, manipulation of data in the system and falsification of documents to avoid cross-checks and on-the-spot checks,
submission of counterfeit documents in the form of an application for payment of deceased beneficiaries
