Meeting Agenda:
Today’s meeting will consist of a presentation that is approximately 25 minutes in length.
Then after some brief questions for clarification, we will break out into smaller groups to discuss in more detail some of the specific traffic staging and related traffic management ideas.
Each group will have the opportunity to discuss all aspects of the traffic management, but it’s expected that some groups will want to focus more on specific areas, and that’s ok.
After about an hour, groups will provide a brief summary of their discussion and then we will have a plenary discussion/QA session
At the end of the meeting, we are also hoping you will take a few minutes to complete a feedback form that will give us some more specific information about your business’s specific interests and needs and give you with an opportunity to provide more detailed comments on the discussion topics.
The session will take up to about 2.5 hours, and we will finish on time.
