Directions: From Foothill Expressway Miramonte, Lt Turn on Altos Oaks
Start Time: 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm (Note: We will not be accepting any more athletes after 7:30 pm)
Cost: $35.00 per Athlete (Cash or Checks made payable to MVHS)
Attire: T-Shirts and Shorts
Please log on to and click on the “Athletic Enrollment Form” link to fill-in the student athlete’s information. Please print pages 1 & 2 and type directly onto the form. Once completed, please print two copies of the form and bring it with you on Wednesday May 25, 2016.
