Operation Assortment Manager
Purpose Responsible for managing the shop replenishment process in order to guarantee product availability at all times and to ensure the correctness of the merchandise in the shops. Category Everyone Key Accountabilities Define the shop layout (Planograms) in coordination with the Category Management and ensure the correct implementation and positioning of goods Implement new product locations in order to increase the rotation and thus the sales, in coordination with Shop Manager Be in charge of the fulfillment of the inventory counting plan and the cycle counting plan, collaborate in full inventory counting and communicate figures to Shop Manager Analyze weekly sales data Report any issue on furniture, visuals or materials in the shop, as well as incidences or improvements to be conducted, to the Shop Manager Be informed by the Shop Manager on the actual & future promotions in the shop Define the quantities to be replenished and guarantee the availability of the products in the shop Coordinate with the Shop Supervisors the replenishment done from the shop warehouse during the day Check that all items were correctly replenished in the right timing and well positioned in the shelves and ensure that all items available at the warehouse are also in the shops Ensure that all goods transferred were correctly registered in the system and for new items, check them in the till system (code, pricing, description) Analyze shop replenishment process and identify instances of unfilled orders, stock outs, etc. Determine any adjustments required to the replenishment process & communicate to the interested parties to implement the changes On a monthly basis, analyze the product space allocation by shops for A items Ensure that inventory is available and correct at the store level, and that there are sufficient stock levels Coordinate the investigation, justification and correction of any inventories discrepancy identified Coordinate the inventory of the items with 0 stock and negative stock, and determine and solve root causes Report to the Shop Manager all physical inventory figures and propose any actions to be taken Ensure understanding and adherence to standard policies and procedures for the Procurement Community Scope Procurement Location TBC Specific Requirements Fluent English; additional languages as applicable for operation Position in Organization Key Relationships Shop Manager Shop Supervisor Warehouse Manager Area Retail Manager BU Category Manager Measures Customers People Operations Finance Targets as per Corporate Performance Appraisal and MBO Policies.
