Seasonal Climate Outlook contributes to preparedness and planning ahead of season
focus on the forecast as a product until recently neglected to take into account end users' needs and decision making behavior

Thus, skillful rainfall forecasts could be useful for the generation of skillful reservoir storage forecasts.
