We read the book and watched the video of Spookley The Square Pumpkin and we discussed how a character can change. We made our own Spookley and used adjectives to describe our unique pumpkin. We read many books about pumpkins and learned about the life cycle of a pumpkin. We wrote about what we are afraid of….clowns and sharks and tornadoes, oh MY! We started getting ready for our fall plays! Practice, practice, practice!
