#1: Independent Enquiry Task (8 minutes): Read pp.40-43, considering the key question as you do so #2: Teamwork Task: Teams of 3-4 people with different colour pens / post-it notes. Note where the boards are for your side of the room Front board = ‘Lives of women were changing’ Back board = ‘Lives of women were not changing’ One fact + one inference per post-it note in your group’s colour. = ONE POINT (make it clear) Facts and inferences can only appear once on your board, so get there before the other team do! Decide on a strategy ... Everyone should know what they are doing and how this will help you to win!
