Game Changers for Teachers and Students
Formed Professional Learning Communities (PLCs) Identified “Difference Makers” Used data to personalize instruction for ALL students Implemented Response to Intervention (RTI) Created a system of Accountability You may want to change these but these are the ones that have probably had the largest impact.

Data Walls are used in PLCs each week to review formative assessments and determine next steps for each student. Green – met goals, Yellow – almost there, Red – needs intensive RTI
