4 Game Changers for Teachers and Students
Formed Professional Learning Communities (PLCs) Identified “Difference Makers” Used data to personalize instruction for ALL students Implemented Response to Intervention (RTI) Created a system of Accountability You may want to change these but these are the ones that have probably had the largest impact.

5 Data Walls are used in PLCs each week to review formative assessments and determine next steps for each student. Green – met goals, Yellow – almost there, Red – needs intensive RTI
