DiEiE is an intervention of CDDiDRR
Led by CDD & GUK supported by CBM at Gaibandha

2. Every year disaster happen in Gaibandha due to flood.
As a result roads, markets, houses, crop fields every thing become inundated.

3. Accordingly all education activities become suspended.
Villagers then take shelter in School.
Accordingly all education activities become suspended.

4. Their Studies & results are hampered because of School suspension at that time
Would you please tell them, whether education will remain suspend during disaster?

5. They want to see their school operational, because it is a safe place for all including student with disabilities.

6. It is their right! & let us support them.
They want to do good result in the examination and enjoy with songs, dances & games
It is their right! & let us support them.

7. They all together decided to continue their school during disaster.
They will continue their education in a safe temporary learning space with their teachers.

8. They prepared their school contingency plan

9. They decided to work for Disaster Risk Reduction also!
They are creating awareness with in family and community by showing the meaning of color flags and flood marker.

10. Their Union Chairman & Education officer advised to continue school.
Ward Disaster Management Committee (WDMC) & SMC agreed to provide them boat support during flood.

11. Flood will happen every year in our country.
Will education stop for that? NO!

12. Cyclone, heavy Rainfall, Flood what ever it is, they are not afraid
In any situation, they are committed to continue education!

13. That is why, they all together student with Disability seek your kind support!
