MGX FY16 8/2/2018 6:55 PM Analysis & Planning Process & Governance Every month, each Adoption Measurement Plan metric owner will review reports, look for patterns and themes, identify any root causes, and will prepare an overall summary of key findings Every month, the Adoption Core Team will review incoming change feedback via applicable channels, look for patterns and themes, identify root causes and areas of resistance, and prepare an overall summary of key findings Analyze & Summarize On a monthly basis, the Adoption Core Team will take all key findings from the prior step and will build corrective Change Management action plans for any weaknesses that are identified Plan At 9AM on the first Monday of each month, the Change Governance Council will meet to: Review status and results of all corrective plans in progress (or completed since the last meeting), including any adjustments necessary Review summaries and corrective action plans for new data Approve new plans, to be executed once the meeting has completed After the meeting is completed the Adoption Core Team will prepare all change network roles with background information and tools to implement corrective actions and manage ongoing resistance Review & Act © 2015 Microsoft Corporation.
