2 DISTRICT TROPHIES - RI Presidential Citation, District Governor (DG) Citation, RI Awards, DG Awards, District Trophies District Trophies – Instituted by a Rotarian/Rotary Club for a Service activity, close to their heart. As per our RID 3141 Bylaws a New trophy, for new areas of Service, can be instituted on payment of Rs. 2 Lacs. Can be named after or in memory of a Rotarian only Recognition: Desire for recognition. Praise and reward, acknowledgement of our achievements, encourages ‘continued effort”. Lack of recognition can become ‘demotivating’ and unsure of the real value of our work. Motivation: Club members
