Design an appropriate structural arrangement for boxing (governance)

Develop high performance boxers and ring officials for the international stage
Create an enabling environment for the increased welfare of licencees
Provide for a seamless transition of boxers from SANABO

The three-fight rule has been removed
Reduced licencing fees implemented
Rotation of ring officials introduced
Baby Champs project Launched
Port Elizabeth regional office established

Boxing Managers course by University of Pretoria (6)
Corporate Governance course Board Members and staff
Staff training admin and computer skills
Licencees training biokinetics, tax matters, ring mechanics (240)
Broadcasters workshop on rules and regulations

5. BABYCHAMPS 2005+6 Weight categories up to lightweight only
Boxers three professional fights or less
Eleven tournaments staged in all provinces
Partially sponsored by SABC
Babychamps becoming ranked boxers and champoins
