Who is the hiring organisation. Has the agency placed there before? Are they on the Preferred Supplier List? What is the selection process? Have they asked for references…why? Contract roles…agency takes references. Perm role…hiring organisation takes references. Using your references just to find new clients? Rate? Have they told you not to discuss rates during interview? Why? Lack of transparency? What is the agency fee?
