Introduction : Unilever is an Anglo–Dutch multinational consumer goods company headquartered in London, England. Its products include food, beverages, cleaning agents and personal care products. It is the world's third-largest consumer goods company as measured by 2012 revenue, after Procter & Gamble and Nestlé. One of the oldest multinational companies, its products are available in 190 countries worldwide.

About Unilever : In 1993 Unilever acquired Breyers from Kraft, which made the company the largest ice cream manufacturer in the United States. From 1993, Lever brothers run the company as little and at present it’s a large company. Many people join the company and now it’s population got a large number.

Unilever is reshaping operational responsibilities for greater clarity between what is better done by the local company, at regional level or global organizations.

Unilever still uses scanning tools such as SMS Unilever, which has about 100,000 desktops and 10,000 servers, uses software known as Software Organizer Unilever ran an audit using BCS services it found 60,000 different software products Unilever spends tens of millions of pounds globally on software licenses every year Unilever also uses a service known as the Global Universal Software Library, which is a database of 200,000 software products.

Conclusion: By our analysis we have found that, Unilever is globally successful company. They create brands for specific countries and regions. Products for example, found in south Americas will not be found in south Asian countries. Since difference in culture exists worldwide, the creation and supply of brands have to be taken seriously. UNILEVER Bangladesh is the market leader in home and personal care products. The UNILEVER products are able to gain customer satisfaction and trust. Their production and distribution is expanding rapidly. Unilever is starting to consider how they make Unilever’s corporate commitments and activities more visible and relevant to their consumer.
