Top 5 Projects 1. Travel & Expense Enhancements: Approximately 18 improvements planned to increase user experience and increase efficiency. 2. Salary Encumbrance Corrections/Enhancements: Monthly encumbrance calculations completed for July and August payroll. Next Step: Increase frequency of encumbrance calculations. 3. Finance Encumbrance/Liquidation: Review all modules (Rowdy Exchange eProcurement, AP, T&E) feeding into commitment control (budget overview) to increase accuracy and efficiency.
