Advice on phones and internet
Set up open dialogue with your child –ground rules Monitor what they do and what they look at. Parental blocks Set up times at home that they can use tablets, computers etc. Know the social media/apps that they are using- do your research!. Shut off Wi-Fi at a certain time at home Take their mobiles off them at night
