Right eye images show a subject suffering from diabetic retinopathy, with significant dot blot hemorrhaging (green arrows), exudates (teal arrows), and laser scarring post ablation therapy. One-hundred percent of the retinal pathology identified with the commercial camera could be equally identified with the low-cost portable camera.
