One can file a “hold” for a book if the book he is interested in is currently on loan. Upon the deadline for borrowing of that book, the one who applied for “hold” shall be prioritized as opposed to someone who applies for book lending renewal.

For lost and damaged books: the borrower is required to either pay a fine or replace the book with either the exact copy of the book or its latest edition. The sanction for damages and loss shall be deliberated by the academACheS library team. The violations and the corresponding deliberated sanctions shall then be posted a week after the notification of loss or damage. One week is given to fulfill the sanctions (including holidays and weekends).
The only people allowed to release and accept books, and receive fines for overdue are the members of the Library Team: VP for Academics, his/her deputies, and the Person-in-Charge (PIC) for the school year.
The Library Team will conduct an inventory at the end of each semester to ensure that the ACheS Library Collection remains intact.
All Library Collections must be returned three days after the end of the last Final Exam day.

Submit a softcopy ( to the VP for Academics) or hardcopy (to the VP for Academics’ pigeonhole in the tambayan of the accomplished request slip at least 3 days (for groups less than 7 people) or 5 days (for 7 or more people) before the target tutorial date.
