Scenario
Driving down a street beside a primary school, patrol noted two young males in school grounds.
Both disappeared behind a building.
Good descriptions of clothing worn by youths obtained.

4. Patrol stops and observes.

Twice heads appeared round the side of building to check whether patrol still present.
Patrol remained on observation.
Patrol calls Police Comms and reports the incident.

5. Continued Observation
Two figures were seen getting on bicycles and riding further into the school grounds.
Patrol repositioned itself to the junction of two roads bordering the school ground to cover possible escape routes

6. Interaction with Police
Police I-car arrives, followed by a Security Guard (silent monitored alarm had been activated)
Patrol briefs Police on what they had seen
Plan of action agreed with Police

Police and Security Guard check the school grounds.
Patrol circled the block and school perimeter in case the youths tried to escape.
Two youth found by Police and questioned.

Patrol joins Police and were able to identify the youths clothing.
Youths returned with Police to the Police Station

Detailed reports passed to Police Youth Aid Section (in response to specific requests from Youth Aid for any reports involving criminal activity by youths).
