2 Our Goals I can navigate an atlas and find information about states.
I can use a table of contents to find what I am looking for. I can use the map keys to find the information I need.

3 What is an atlas? An atlas is a book of maps.
There are different types of atlases (world atlas, united states atlas, etc.) Atlases provide information about various places (states, countries, etc.)
