Rural setting in Harrison MI Second campus Mt Pleasant Student body ~ 4,300 headcount – Full and part time About 25% dual enrollees Range of programs, both career centered and transfer More than half of CC students take developmental math Various legislatures question paying for math twice High stakes placement tests – students may be placed 1, 2, or 3 levels below transfer level math Placement at MMcC at the start of this work Accuplacer primarily SAT, ACT
