4. How can I help at home?
Listen to your child read at least 4 times a week. Don’t forget to ask them questions about the book and the pictures.
Recap letters and sounds from EYFS- phonics home learning.
Have fun practising spellings and word packs. (Children will be tested weekly)
Maths Challenge – Counting in steps of 2, 5 and 10 and times-tables!

No earrings on PE days - Monday.

Named water bottle each day for your child.
Book bags in every day.
Wellington boots for outdoor learning.
We always welcome parent volunteers too! Let us know if you can help out by changing books, listening to readers, test spellings, sticking homework into books etc.)

Your children are regularly assessed and will be moved to more challenging books according to their needs.
